Last updated October 13, 2026A street punch bag game draws a steady crowd in Chaweng, on Koh Samui, as friends take turns swinging at the bag to see whose punch scores highest, while others stop to watch on their way along Soi Green Mango.
Soi Green Mango loops inland from the northern end of Chaweng Beach Road, and it's the busiest nightlife street on the island, lined with bars, clubs and food stalls that stay lively until the early hours of the morning.
The street takes its name from the Green Mango Club, a big nightclub at the far end of the loop that gets busy after midnight and often stays open until 5 a.m. in the high season, with music from party pop to house.
