Dubai Islands, formerly known as Deira Islands, is a group of five artificial islands being developed to add over 20 kilometres of new beachfront to Dubai. The project is part of Dubai's broader strategy to significantly expand its coastline and tourism capacity, with hotels, residences, marinas, and beach clubs all planned across the development.

Dubai has added over 300 kilometres of artificial coastline to its shoreline through various island and reclamation projects over the past two decades, more than any other city on earth. Dubai Islands alone is planned to add enough new land to accommodate 80 hotels and thousands of residences once fully complete.
