This live webcam overlooks Waumbek Station on the western slopes of Mount Washington in New Hampshire. Wooden platforms, small station buildings, benches, and a fire pit sit beside the railway tracks. Waumbek is an intermediate stop on the Mount Washington Cog Railway and serves as its main winter destination when summit facilities are closed. Sheltered below the tree line, the station provides a stopping place between the lower mountain and the exposed terrain farther uphill.
