Quang Trung Street - Da Nang, Vietnam (Cam 1)
This camera looks along Quang Trung Street (Đường Quang Trung) in central Da Nang, beside the back entrance of Hospital C, where motorbikes, cars and people on foot pass under the trees from morning until late at night.
Hospital C was founded on May 26, 1976, the year after the war ended, by medical teams who had worked in the war zones of central Vietnam. It is run directly by the Ministry of Health and marked 50 years in May 2026.
Quang Trung is one of the main streets of Hai Chau (Hải Châu), the central ward that is home to Da Nang's city government. A few blocks east, the Han River divides the old center from the beaches on the far side.
Did You Know? The street is named after Emperor Quang Trung, who defeated a large Qing Chinese army near Hanoi during the Lunar New Year of 1789.
